Vortex V76-2 Dust Extractor

The Vortex V76-2 HEPA dust extractor is a large three phase dust extractor. It is designed to support medium to large grinding and polishing machines.

The Vortex V76-2 has a two stage filtration system. Thanks to its superior filtration capability, the primary sock style pre-filter provides long, uninterrupted service and can be cleaned efficiently with the jet pulse “reverse air” filter cleaning system.

Certified HEPA 13 filters collect the smallest and most harmful dust. Securing a high standard of performance and safety. The Vortex V76-2 complies with OHSA regulations for concrete dust handling. The collecting and handling of dust is easy and safe with the continuous drop down bagging system.

An electrical distribution box is included with the Vortex V76-2, to provide power directly to the grinder from the dust extractor. Suitable for all three phase grinders up to 800mm in diameter.
